- Put unsweetened plain yogurt in bowl, firmly mix with whisk (or spoon) until lumps completely vanish becoming smooth like cream.
- Peel cucumber skin in places, coarsely grate with grater or mince into tiny cubes.
- Squeeze cucumber moisture lightly with palms (not too much), toss into smooth yogurt bowl.
- Here add Raita's life 'roasted cumin powder (dry-roasted/crushed cumin seeds)' and 'black salt' smelling of boiled-egg sulfur.
- Loosely mix overall, finally add chopped cilantro (or mint) and optionally little green chili adding stimulation.
