Trivia
[Hardcore] Menu loved by Indian wealthy/dieters wanting 'to cut carbs, but eating only meat is heavy on stomach'. Cauliflower is very low-carb, rich in vitamin C. Mixing small amount of 'Besan (chickpea flour)' into yogurt marinade is pro's trick; this prevents spices dripping off veg, forming crispy 'batter' on surface.
