Trivia
[Hardcore] 'Chana' means chickpeas. One of the most important protein sources for Indian vegetarians, representative low-GI food suppressing post-meal blood sugar spikes. Abnormally rich in dietary fiber, yielding intense satiety as if 'expanding in stomach' even with small amounts. Spice heat (turmeric/chili) and Amchoor acidity combining aids digestion while promoting fat-burning—perfectly calculated diet food Ayurvedically too.
Eating tips & etiquette
[Unique Eating] Instead of white rice, dump this piping hot Chana Masala over julienned 'raw cabbage' or 'lettuce', wildly shoveling it in like a hot salad!
