- ginger cloves,
- green chilies,
- tsp cumin seeds, salt pinch, minced onion (for topping) to taste, little water.
- Prep maximizing diet effect. Soak skin-on green gram (Whole Moong)—a chunk of protein/dietary fiber—in water overnight, plumping it soft.
- Put drained green gram in mixer, add massive fat-burning ginger, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, little water, making emerald-green paste (batter) leaving slight graininess.
- Unlike regular Dosa, zero need to ferment. Heat non-stick pan (or griddle) on medium; without drawing any oil, drop ladle of batter in center, spreading thin circularly.
- When batter surface dries, scatter minced onions pressing lightly.
- When edges lift crisply and back bakes fragrant golden, fold in half to finish (*Bakes crispy via bean power even without oil).
- Plate, serve alongside oil-free tomato chutney. Bean direct savoriness and ginger stimulation warm internal organs; magic crepe yielding overwhelming satiety while suppressing carbs, must-eat for muscle-training dieters.

Trivia
[Hardcore] 'Pesarattu' is symbolic breakfast of Andhra Pradesh preferring South India's spiciest dishes. Unlike Dosa, uses absolutely no rice, made '100% of beans', making carbs very low and protein score high. Originally baked smearing massive Ghee (butter), but using non-stick pan allows completely oil-free cooking. Ultimate vegetarian meal patronized by Indian bodybuilders as post-muscle-training recovery food.
