  3. [Su Rou Zao] Sauté finely chopped dried shiitake and king oyster mushrooms in generous vegetable oil until fragrant, then simmer with soy meat, soy sauce, sugar, and five-spice to replicate the texture and taste of meat sauce.
  4. Boil wheat noodles and plate.
  5. Pour vegetarian broth, top with plenty of vegetarian mince, minced ginger (instead of garlic), cilantro, and bean sprouts.
  6. Generally garnished with goji berries for color instead of shrimp.
