  • Taiwanese mayonnaise
  • Corn
  • Youtiao

Instructions

  3. [Tuna Mayo Filling] Drain canned tuna, mix with corn, chopped onions, black pepper, and plenty of 'sweet Taiwanese mayonnaise (Shala Jiang)'.
  4. Spread hot rice, layer with Suan Cai and Cai Pu.
  5. Top generously with the tuna mayo, and place crispy Youtiao on top.
  6. Squeeze firmly into a cylinder. Eat immediately so the tuna mayo's moisture doesn't make the Youtiao soggy.
