  3. Spread the white and purple rice in exact halves (half & half) into a thin rectangle on a clean cloth.
  4. Generously place traditional fillings: Youtiao, pork floss, Suan Cai, Cai Pu in the center.
  5. Wrap and squeeze firmly into a cylinder, conscious of making the white and purple boundary line appear beautifully on the surface.
