- [Peanut Powder] Prepare plenty of 'Hua Sheng Fen' (sweet peanut powder) by mixing finely crushed roasted peanuts with sugar.
- [Bun] Knead flour, yeast, milk, and sugar, proof, roll into ovals, fold in half, and steam for
- mins to make fluffy 'Gua Bao'.
- Open the hot bun, sandwich the sweet/savory pork and sautéed greens.
- Dump the sweet peanut powder on top, and finally stuff with plenty of fresh cilantro.
