  • Soy sauce
  • Black vinegar
  • Sugar

Instructions

  2. Prepare a block of skin-on pork belly. Boil water with green scallions, ginger, Sichuan pepper, star anise, and wine.
  3. Drop the whole block in, simmer on low for
