- [Soup] Heat plenty of Taiwanese 'Hei Ma You' (black sesame oil) in a clay pot (or pan), slowly sauté smashed 'old ginger (Lao Jiang)' to transfer aroma and heat without burning.
- Toss in prepped pork liver, sauté rapidly on high until the surface turns white.
