- Thinly sliced beef
- Water spinach
- Shacha sauce
- Garlic
- Potato starch

- Massage thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, wine, a little sugar, and potato starch (to keep meat tender).
- Roughly chop water spinach (or spinach, Chinese broccoli). Briefly blanch and loosen yellow thick Chinese noodles (You Mian).
- Heat oil in a wok, sauté minced garlic and red chili.
- Toss in beef, fry rapidly on high until color changes, then remove.
- Put water spinach in the wok, add
- tbsp of the ultimate decisive flavor 'Shacha Sauce (umami paste of dried shrimp, flounder, garlic)' to explode the aroma.
- Toss in noodles, adjust flavor with a little pork bone broth (or water) and soy sauce.
- Return beef, toss violently on high heat until the 'Wok Hei' (breath of wok) of slightly scorching Shacha sauce coats all the noodles.
