Trivia
[For Everyone] The twin giant of Taiwan Railway Bentos and city bento shops alongside Pai Gu Fan. Unlike fried chicken (Zha Jitui), the meat is moist and gentle on the stomach, and the bone broth gives deep richness to the sauce.
Eating tips & etiquette
[Unique Eating] Scrape the meat off the bone with chopsticks, shoveling down the bento box with the sweet/savory star-anise-scented sauce-soaked rice!
