Trivia
[For Everyone] There is a soup version 'Tang Mian Ge Da', but 'Chao' (stir-fried) is supreme for directly tasting the chewy texture and soy savoriness. Similar to Japanese Suiton or Italian Gnocchi, but wok-frying gives it a strong junk B-grade gourmet feel and excellent satiety.
Eating tips & etiquette
[Unique Eating] Enjoy the difference between the 'strong elasticity of thick parts' and the 'fluttering of thin parts' of the irregular dough, coating it in tabletop chili sauce while chewing!
