- [Choosing the Label] 'OMAR' means amber in Gaelic. Besides classic bourbon/sherry casks, there are special bottles finished in Taiwan's specialty 'Lychee Liqueur Casks' or 'Plum Liqueur Casks'.
- [Straight (Chun Yin)] Pour into a glass to directly enjoy the rich 'tropical fruit (mango/pineapple)' aroma born from Taiwan's subtropical climate.
- [Twice Up] Add a little room-temp water to make the sweet, gorgeous aroma unique to the fruit casks explode instantly.
- [Highball] To pair with Taiwanese food, a carbonated highball is best. The aroma is so thick that it doesn't lose its malt richness or fruitiness even when mixed with soda.
