- Cucumber
- Carrots
- Garlic
- Sesame oil
- Black vinegar
Instructions

- Soak dried Fuzhu for hours until soft to the core, boil

- Julienne cucumber and carrots, salt-massage lightly, squeeze dry.
- Put Fuzhu and veg in a bowl, toss with minced garlic, soy, black vinegar, sesame oil, a little sugar.
- Chill in fridge, scatter cilantro to finish.
