Trivia
[For Families] Taiwanese soul soup, often sitting in giant pots as free soup at Taiwanese buffets (Zizhu Can). Corn yields intense sweetness and umami (glutamic acid) from the 'cob', so boiling cob-in is the absolute Taiwanese iron rule. High fiber and highly satisfying, fulfilling 'sweet cravings' during diets via soup.
