  • Pork stomach(Zhu Du)
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Rice wine

Instructions

  2. [Stomach Prep (Most Crucial)] Thoroughly massage-wash pork stomach (Zhu Du) with salt and flour (or vinegar), parboil to completely erase odor, julienne.
  3. Soak dried Lianzi (decored) in water for hours.
  4. Put water, prepped stomach, ginger slices, and a little rice wine in a pot; heat on high.
  5. Once boiling, simmer on low for ~
  6. hr until stomach softens.
  7. Add Lianzi, simmer another
  8. mins until fluffy.
  9. Season with salt and white pepper to finish.
