Trivia

[For Health Conscious] A regular in the free soup corner at Taiwanese buffets. Similar to Japanese 'Oden broth', but sesame oil and ginger give it an appetizing punch. Daikon's fiber and kelp's soluble fiber doubly regulate the gut; a traditional Taiwanese detox soup.

[Unique Eating] Put Taiwan's sweet Jiangyou Gao in a small dish, dip the soft daikon pulled from the soup to eat as a 'side dish'!
