Trivia

[For Everyone] 'Miso soup' brought to Taiwan during Japanese rule, evolved 'sweeter and bulkier' to suit Taiwanese palates. Salmon is the most loved fish in Taiwan; ordering 'Miso Tang' at eateries often brings chunky salmon bones. Deliciously supplements quality fats often lacking during diets.

Eating tips & etiquette

[Unique Eating] Tear and drop 'Youtiao' (Taiwanese long fried dough) into the soup, letting it absorb the sweet, salmon-dashi-rich miso soup until fluffy to eat!
