- Place on a heatproof long plate, sprinkle wine, top with ginger slices, steam in a steamer (or Tatung cooker) for 10-
- mins until cooked.
- [Lemon Sauce] Mix massive lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, red chili, cilantro.
- Discard the liquid pooled on the steamed fish plate (as it has odor), pour the prepared lemon sauce heavily over the top.
- Garnish with lemon slices to finish.
