Trivia
[For Health Conscious] A representative 'Qingzheng' (steaming) quickly made with a Tatung cooker in Taiwanese homes. Very low calorie as it's not fried; allows simultaneous intake of soy protein from tofu and animal protein from shrimp. Visually gorgeous, highly active as a hospitality dish during diets.
