  • Scallions
  • Sesame oil

Instructions

  4. Scoop bottled 'Po Bu Zi' (with pickling juice) sold in Taiwan supers and pour heavily over tofu.

  6. Steam in a steamer (or Tatung cooker) on high for 8-
  7. mins.
  8. Drizzle a few drops of heated sesame oil (or Xiang You) 'sizzle' to finish.
