- Add overflowing sliced pork (massive), cabbage, hot pot fish cakes (Gong Wan, Yu Jiao).
- Break in dried 'Yi Mian (fried noodles)', drop a raw egg.
- Serve directly when Yi Mian softens slightly absorbing soup, meat mountain completes, topped with Shacha sauce.
