Instructions

  3. Fragrantly sauté massive minced garlic, scallions, and Taiwan's 'La Doubanjiang (sweet doubanjiang)'.
  4. Add a little water, soy, sugar; bring to boil.
  5. Add lesser amount of diced tofu, thicken strongly with starch slurry.
  6. Dump this 'mince flood' over bowl rice.
