Trivia

[For Everyone] Houtougu is a fluffy fibrous mushroom; hand-tearing yields a cross-section highly resembling 'pork fibers'. This absorbs sauce to the limit; biting oozes meat (mushroom) juice, completely tasting like sweet & sour pork blindfolded. Dieter's cheat Chinese replacing high-calorie pork with mushroom.
