Instructions

  3. Lay nori on mat, spread Yu Ni evenly instead of vinegared rice (*Can also spread Yu Ni over a thin layer of vinegared rice).
  4. Top center with Taiwan 'Rousong (pork floss)', omelet, cucumber.
  5. Roll gently/firmly so Yu Ni doesn't spill, cut bite-sized.
