Trivia
[For Health Conscious] Ordering 'Doujiang' at Taiwan breakfast shops brings quite sweet, sugared soy milk by default, so dieters/health-conscious people always specify 'Qingjiang!'. A real taste enjoying soy's rich umami and aroma on a different level from super pack soy milk.
