- Add
- tsp olive oil, salt, black pepper, a little consommé (or chicken bouillon) and mix lightly.
- Plop a hulled 'whole tomato' in the center of the rice.
- Switch on rice cooker, cook normally.
- When cooked, crush the softened tomato messily with a rice paddle, mix bright red throughout the rice to finish.
