Trivia

[For Adults] One of Luwei's highest-grade parts flocked to by adults disliking belly (braised pork) greasiness. Lean meat's 'tight' meatiness and tendon's 'gooey' collagen tasted simultaneously in one bite. Served as a cold dish, no drink snack is more elegant and umami-condensed.

Eating tips & etiquette

[Unique Eating] Wrap white scallion curls with sliced meat, dip in special 'garlic vinegar soy', eating while melting lean umami and tendon jelly in the mouth!
