- Red bell pepper
- Green chilies

Instructions
- Combine minced lamb with finely chopped red bell pepper, green chilies, garlic, and parsley, kneading and chopping together. Spread the meat mixture thinly and evenly (about 1cm thick) into a circle on parchment paper. Garnish the surface with sliced tomatoes, and bake in a stone oven until the surface is browned and juices pool on the paper.
