Instructions
- Knead a 7:
- mix of minced lamb and beef with salt and onion juice, resting it overnight. Wrap thumb-thick short kebabs on flat skewers and grill over charcoal. Line a plate with cubed pita bread (pide) and top with the cooked kebabs. Pour tomato paste sauce and plenty of hot browned butter over the top. Serve with sumac onions on the side.
