Instructions
- Roast whole tomatoes, green chilies, red bell peppers, and garlic over charcoal until charred. Peel and thoroughly chop into a paste. Mix with olive oil, salt, chili, and pomegranate molasses, and spread the spicy vegetable mash on a plate. Place a freshly grilled Adana (or Urfa) kebab on top, and finish by sizzling hot melted butter over it.
