Instructions
- Knead minced beef and lamb with only salt, shaping it into long, pencil-thin cylinders. Skewer on thin rods and pre-grill over charcoal. Melt plenty of butter in a pan, add the pre-grilled meat, grated fresh tomatoes, and a little water, and simmer. Place toasted bread on a plate, top with the simmered kebab and sauce, and serve with plain yogurt.
