Instructions
- Knead minced lamb and beef with chopped onion, parsley, salt, black pepper, and cumin. Wash and spread lamb caul fat (crepine), cutting it into palm-sized pieces. Wrap the meat mixture in this caul fat into an oval, sausage-like shape. When grilled over charcoal, the caul fat melts into a crispy skin, keeping the meat inside extremely juicy.
