Instructions
- Knead minced lamb with salt and black pepper to form bite-sized meatballs. Trim the ends of small onions (pearl onions) and make a deep horizontal cut while leaving the skin on. Sandwich a meatball firmly into each cut, and arrange them tightly in a circle on a baking dish. Drizzle a sauce made of diluted pomegranate molasses, olive oil, and salt over the top. Bake in the oven for about an hour until the onions are tender and the surface is caramelized.
