Instructions

Place a tiny pinch of spiced minced lamb on each, bringing the four corners together to seal into tiny dumplings. Boil in hot water and plate. Generously pour garlic-mixed plain yogurt over them, and finish by sizzling hot butter infused with dried mint and chili flakes over the yogurt.
