Instructions
- Soak dried white beans in water overnight. Heat butter and olive oil in a pot, and sauté chopped onions until translucent. Add tomato paste and paprika paste, cooking until fragrant, adding beef if desired. Add the soaked beans, plenty of water, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Cover and simmer on low until the beans are soft and creamy.
