Instructions

  1. Knead minced beef with grated onion, egg, breadcrumbs, and spices, shaping into oblong meatballs. Cut potatoes into wedges. Deep-fry potatoes briefly until lightly golden. In the same oil, pan-fry the meatballs just to brown the surface. Arrange potatoes and meatballs in a baking dish, wedge tomatoes and green chilies in between. Pour a tomato paste sauce over the top and bake in the oven.
