Instructions
- Use whole or large fillets of white fish. In a wide shallow pot, spread half of the sliced onions, peppers, and tomatoes on the bottom. Place the seasoned fish on top. Cover the fish with the remaining vegetables, and arrange lemon slices on the very top. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, a little butter, parsley, and a splash of water, and cover tightly. Steam over low to medium heat until plump.
