Instructions
- Boil red lentils in water until soft. Turn off heat, stir in fine bulgur, cover and steam. Sauté chopped onions in a pan, add tomato and paprika paste, and spices. Add this to the lentil pot, mix in green onions and parsley, knead well by hand, and shape into small logs.
