Instructions
- Make a dough with flour, yeast, salt, water, and oil, and let it rise. Roll into long strips, twist two together like a rope, and join the ends to form a ring. Dilute pekmez (grape molasses) with water in a bowl. Dip the rings into the molasses mixture, then toss into a tray filled with white sesame seeds, coating both sides completely. Bake in a high-temperature oven (>200°C) until deep brown and the sesame seeds are crispy and fragrant.
