Recipe

Ingredients

  • Yufka(or spring roll wrappers)
  • Feta cheese
  • Parsley
  • Frying oil

Instructions

  1. Use ultra-thin 'yufka' dough cut into triangles. Mix crumbled white cheese (feta) and plenty of freshly chopped parsley in a bowl for the filling. Place a line of filling along the wide base of the triangle, fold the edges in slightly, and roll it up tightly towards the tip (like a cigar). Seal the end with a little water. Heat 1-2cm of oil in a pan, and pan-fry these rolls, turning them until entirely golden brown and crispy.
