Instructions

  1. Place fine bulgur in a bowl, pour an equal amount of boiling water, cover, and let it soak until soft. Add tomato paste, paprika paste (salça), olive oil, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, salt, cumin, and pul biber (chili flakes), then thoroughly massage and mix by hand. Once the bulgur is evenly colored, gently fold in a massive amount of finely chopped parsley, green onions, mint, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
