Recipe
Ingredients
- Hamburger buns
- Minced beef
- Tomato paste
- Garlic
- Cumin
Instructions
- Knead minced beef with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cumin, make thin patties and grill. The key is the 'sauce'. Boil tomato paste, grated garlic, olive oil, sugar, salt, and water to make a thin garlic tomato sauce. Sandwich the patty in a small bun, and dunk the entire burger into the sauce to let the bun absorb it completely. Then, place it in a glass steamer display, serving it constantly hot and steamed.
