Instructions
- Boil pre-soaked 'yarma' (hulled wheat) and chickpeas separately until soft. In a bowl, whisk plenty of plain yogurt, egg yolk, and a little flour until lump-free. Place the boiled wheat, chickpeas, and water in a pot, gradually add the yogurt mixture, and heat slowly on low to prevent curdling. Melt butter in a small pan, add dried mint for aroma, and sizzle this over the soup surface to finish.
