- Prep is the hardest part. Turn sheep intestines inside out and wash repeatedly with salt, vinegar, and lemon to remove all slime and odor. Mix washed rice, minced lamb, chopped onions, garlic, tomato paste, massive pul biber (chili flakes), cumin, pepper, and mint for the filling.
