- Minced lamb

Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the sheep's 4th stomach (şırdan) with salt and lemon to remove odor and slime. Mix washed rice with massive onions, minced lamb, tomato paste, pul biber (chili), cumin, and pepper. Stuff this filling into the şırdan's opening about halfway (as rice expands), and sew the opening shut. Arrange in a large pot and simmer in a tomato paste broth for hours until the şırdan is extremely tender.
