Ingredients
- Stale bread
- Bone-in lamb
- Yogurt
- Garlic

Instructions
- Cut stale, hard bread into bite-sized squares. Simmer bone-in lamb (or beef) with onions, garlic, salt, and pepper in a pressure cooker for hours until the meat falls apart and yields a rich broth. Line a deep plate with the bread squares and pour the piping hot meat broth generously until the bread absorbs it completely. Top heavily with the tender meat removed from the bone, and drizzle garlic-flavored yogurt and melted paprika butter over it.
