- Simmer diced lamb and chickpeas in a pot until tender, and add the steamed micro-dumplings.
- Whisk yogurt, egg yolk, and olive oil in a bowl, temper with hot soup, slowly stir back into the pot to thicken, and pour hot mint butter to finish.
