- Prepare round, extremely thin dried sheets called 'Güllaç leaves' made of cornstarch and flour.
- Warm plenty of milk and sugar (do not boil), and add rosewater for aroma.
- Lay the sheets one by one in a deep tray, pouring warm sweet milk over each to soften. Halfway through, scatter crushed walnuts. Layer remaining sheets and milk, chill in the fridge, and decorate with pomegranate and pistachio.
